WATCH: Twenty One Pilots’ Tyler Joseph Falls Off Piano On Stage
Twenty One Pilots are well and truely known for their highly energetic live performances but sometimes even the best performers with a well planned stage theatric or trick can have a stumble – something that Twenty One Pilots front man Tyler Joseph discovered at a recent set during their performance at the 2017 Hangout Festival when Tyler Joseph fell from a piano mid performance.
Joseph’s fall happened during their anticipated performance of “Holding On To You,” but didn’t keep Joseph down for long!
Following the incident, Joseph made an effort to entertain the audience and joked it off. “When I go home, I sit at a computer with my father, and we YouTube ‘Twenty One Pilots falling,’” Said Joseph.
A fan posted the video to her Twitter account, alongside the caption “He wiped out and still finished the line, What a champ”
Luckily, Joseph attained no injuries from the slip.
Twenty One Pilots along with their incredible fans have also been nominated for the Most Dedicated Fanbase Presented By Fearless Records at the 2017 Alternative Press Music Awards, which are set to be held at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio on July 17th.
